Hello there!

I'm WPML's deputy Support manager and i hope we can solve your problem this time.

Since you started out with us you have opened 20 tickets and most of them have been resolved but others were left inactive and got closed. I know you're busy, i totally understand that, but we can't really help much if a ticket gets closed due to inactivity on your end.

Right now you're writing in a way that lets me understand that we have denied a refund before, but i don't see any refund request from you on the correct place: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/

Please note that supporters can't offer refunds, so opening a ticket for it it's definitely not going to get you one.

If you want to continue and try to resolve the performance problem, then we can at least get to the bottom of it, but please know that we will need your cooperation to do so successfully. otherwise, you can go to the link above and ask for a refund (remember to add the link to this support ticket, in that case).

About the performance issue:

WordPress is an ecosystem and a "slow site" is a factor of many variables, not just one. WPML plays a role there ( as ay other plugin) and we've been in the process of figuring the reason out but the tickets continue to get closed due to inactivity.

I'll be more than happy to personally pick up from where you were left before in hopes we can get to the bottom of it, just let me know how you want to continue.

I have followed the advice you gave and went to the refund page to get a refund. However, since it has been more than three months since the date of purchase of my wpml license, I am not able to make a refund. However, I have seen on your website that if the site has slowed down due to the installation of wpml, a refund can be made within 12 months. And my site is slow because of the installation of wpml. So please get me a refund within 12 months without any reason.

No refund can be made based on 12 months because this is not a physical product, it's a digital service and it's quite clear on our terms as conditions.

You can have a refund if you scroll down and schedule a call with our rep, so you can explain in detail why you're asking a refund after the 3 months and then the refund will be sent to you given you're out of the 3 months window that we allow for refunds.

See, the main reason why you're out of this window is because, as you mentioned you were busy and didn't answer to the ticket replies we sent.

You can go ahead and do that and then you'll get your refund, otherwise we can try to solve the problem (which would probably be beneficial to you).

In another moment i'd gladly try to speed things up but you are in december, the holiday season and that means that there are a lot of people on vacations which makes things a bit slower.

As i explained on the video, you can click that box you highlighted on your screenshot and it will take you to another page where you can schedule a call.

select an hour that suits you and then you will be able to talk to Agnes, our representative and explain the situation, so she can then proceed to issue the refund.
