This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're setting up WPML and cannot see the names of the languages to choose (Default language - Translation languages), and activating WPML disrupts the Elementor builder and styles, you might be facing a similar issue. Solution: We recommend reactivating WPML along with the WPML setup wizard. The issue with not seeing language names and the disruption of Elementor could be due to a stuck key in the "icl_admin_messages" table in your database. Removing this key should resolve the problem. If the styling issues persist after this fix, it's advisable to address them in a separate support ticket.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Thank you! That permission was probably the root cause. We've fixed the broken tables, and the setup wizard is now functioning properly.
To ensure everything is working correctly and will continue to do so, we kindly request a Duplicator package of your website. This will allow us to test locally and verify that everything is in order - and will in the future.

Hi,
You can now reactivate WPML along with the WPML setup wizard.
The tables have been populated, with English set as the default language and Arabic as the secondary language. The error message was a false positive caused by a stuck key in the "icl_admin_messages" table. Removing this key from your database will resolve the issue.
If you still have any styling issues afterward, please let me know, and we can split that ticket and handle it separately.

Hi,
I currently don't have access to your database. You can find the key in the "_options" table. Please contact your hosting provider to get info on how you can access your database. They likely have phpMyAdmin installed, which you can access from the hosting panel. If you need further assistance, you can provide me with access.

I was able to access it via the credentials from the mail notification before you edited it. The key is removed, so you can finish the WPML Setup process now.
For the styling, I created a separate ticket, as mentioned before.
