The main language is Dutch. Added English has second language. But sometimes WPML shows an English term as Dutch. Very confusing, because it only happens occasionally with some terms. For example, right now when translating taxonomies, I get an overview of all Dutch product categories. But just one of them shows the English category instead of Dutch like all the others. This is super confusing, because when I look at the actual product categories under WooCommerce settings, it is set correctly (in Dutch, so it should show the Dutch category, but shows an English one). I tried deleting WPML cache and some other troubleshooting options, nothing works. This also happens with other terms at times.
Here's more wrongly set language info. For almost all it shows original slug as english, but all original content should be in Dutch? Also languages are mixed here. Very confusing.

I have a debug.log with a bunch of errors. That should explain a lot, because they are mostly related to WPML. Please give me the option to upload those.
Thank you for sharing the debug.log. The Debug log is showing a few Fatal errors and warnings related to WPML. The last error was recorded yesterday. So have you translated a Post or Page yesterday?

Please visit WooCommerce>>WooCommerce Multilingual>>Status tab and check if you are getting any configuration warnings.
Also, please visit the WPML>Languages, settings page and make sure the following options are enabled.
a) Make themes work multilingual>>Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality
b) Language filtering for AJAX operations>>Store a language cookie to support language filtering for AJAX
Hi Bigul. Thank you. The Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality weren't turned on. So I switched it on and deleted the cache. I tried reviewing some automatic translations. However, when I do so, it brings me to the page but doesn't show the WPML overlay with the translation functionality. So when I click on "edit translation" in the admin panel, it does bring me to the translation editor. When I then click 'complete' it sends me to the next page without actually letting me publish it. When I try to manually approve the translation in translation management I get an error "approving translations reviews failed!" I also get the following PHP warning:

If so, please increase the *MaxInputVars* of PHP settings to *10000* and make sure is there any difference in the result. Refer to the following article for more details and contact your system admin/hosting provider for upgrading this configuration.
the issue with wrong product categories is solved. It was simply a product category that was translated twice (so double categories were added in wrong language). Not sure how that happened, but the product categories are good now.
P.S Are you sure the PHP warning is coming from WooCommerce? Because I have a feeling it comes from WPML due to the 'en' being in the undefined array key, which stands for English. Could be wrong, though.

Therefore please let us know the exact steps to reproduce. It will help us to track whether this one is related to WPML or not.
I have done some debugging and found out the following:
The 'ProductAttributesLookup' PHP warning is coming from two taxonomies (length = lengte and ringmaat = ring size) that are translated by WPML. These should not be translated, so I disabled translation of these in WPML settings, and cleared WPML cache and did some of the other debugging functionality. Will monitor if this fixed the issue.
The ProductAttributesLookup errors, by the way, come as soon as I regenerate product lookup tables in WooCommerce. Will attempt again and notify if the issue is resolved.
Furthermore, after utilizing most of the troubleshooting tools in WPML, I got two new errors now:
