Hi,

I'm sorry for not getting back to you all this time.
I just pinged our second-tier supporters and asked for the state of this case.
I'll keep you updated when I have their reply.

Regards,
Itamar.

I understand, but the whole process takes far too long. I'm hoping for a quick solution to the problem and compensation, it has prolonged the translation process a lot and exposed me to costs.

Hi,

Our second-tier supporter could see that, occasionally, jobs sent to translation are blocked by our Advanced Translation Editor system, causing this problem. The second-tier supporter also observed that Cloudflare and Object Cache Pro are active on your site. She suspects that is why the translation jobs get blocked. Our second-tier supporter suggests trying the following.

1. Enable WordPress's debug log. Please check this page for instructions.

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/

To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

Change it to:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
// Disable display of errors and warnings
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
@ini_set('display_errors', 0);

2. Deactivate the Cloudflare and Object Cache Pro plugins.

3. See if the problem disappears.

4. If it disappears, activate the Object Cache Pro, wait some hours, and try reproducing the problem. If the problem occurs, see if something appears on debug.log.

5. Share the errors with us here.

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****

Regards,
Itamar.
