This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Whenever tries to select automatically translate all pages and products, this error appears- "WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor is not working".

Solution:
I suggested the client to try out the solution mentioned in this thread(https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpmls-advanced-translation-editor-is-not-working-3/). I think that solution works.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

One of the users has encountered the same issue previously. Would you please try following the solution mentioned in this thread: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpmls-advanced-translation-editor-is-not-working-3/

If the issue persists even after that, then kindly try running a plugin conflict test on your site. To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for the plugins associated with the WPML. If the issue gets solved by doing so, then start activating the plugins one by one and keep checking if the issue is coming back or not.

If the error starts to appear after activating any specific plugin, that plugin will be responsible for the issue. We would need the information about the plugin so that we can take further steps.

**IMPORTANT**
-Please make a backup of site files and database before performing the plugin conflict test and providing us access.

But, If the issue doesn't get solved by following the steps mentioned above, a closer inspection will require. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I’ll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or “All in One WP Migration” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
