Background of the issue:
I am trying to create a manual WooCommerce order or apply a refund on an existing order using WooCommerce Multilingual multicurrency. Decimals in woocommerce is set to 2, and default currency is € on my store.
Symptoms:
The unit price is incorrectly formatted as 1.131.909.091,00 $ instead of the expected 1,131.91 $. This issue occurs only when creating the order manually in admin or doing a manual refund in a foreign currency. The order total remains correct.
Questions:
Why is the unit price incorrectly formatted when creating a manual order or refund?
Is there a decimals parsing issue between WPML multicurrency and WooCommerce admin order creation?
