As a workaround, our compatibility developer suggests trying the following:
1. Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones, edit the shipping zone.
2. Edit the 'Flat Rate' shipping method. A pop-up will appear.
3. Scroll to the 'Enable costs in custom currencies' field.
4. Set 'Cost in EUR' to the correct price in EUR. (You may need to consider the tax rate.) Please see the attached screenshot.
5. Save the settings.
We hope this suggestion will be beneficial to you.
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I will be testing above recommendation tomorrow.
We just discovered another big issue; we have a coupon code that gives 10% on the first 3 renewals. Once 3 renewals has been processed it automatically removes the coupon code from the subscription but at the same time it makes the price for the subscription product higher.
Should I try to replicate the issue on the test site you've provided?

This issue is still escalated to our developers.
Currently, I have no news on the matter.
We hope that the suggested workaround will work for you.
In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket. Therefore, I've split the other ticket and created a new ticket with this issue. Please see the new ticket here.
