Here is the ticket. I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
I've checked thoroughly and I'm able to make it work when I created a new "Product Add-on" without category filters as shown in the attached screenshot.
It looks like the issue is caused by the category filter and I think the reason it's not showing the "Product Add-on" on other languages is because it's not being filtered correctly and when I checked this page hidden link , I cannot select other categories. But it works when I selected "All Products".
ok. Can you check with the development team if they can fix this bug? We can't use this feature on all products, since some services belong to only some products.

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose.
If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded.
If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files.
Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big).
Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it.

Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.
Sorry, I don't have a solution for this and I will have to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support. Could you please allow me to create a snapshot so that I could include it in the report? Once the problem is resolved we will delete the copy of the site.

When I tested on your Website here hidden link , I could not select another category in "Categories to include:" for your translated language in the rules section
It looks like some 3rd party plugin causing issues with the "YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options" plugin.
Could you try deactivating your 3rd party plugins one at a time and see if you're able to add an additional product category to the "Categories to include:" option?
