This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are wondering how to activate Yoast SEO translation when using WPML.
Solution:
If you're using WPML's Advanced Translation Editor to translate your posts and pages, you can automatically translate SEO meta titles and descriptions. The Advanced Translation Editor features a translation memory that automatically applies translations for similar SEO content across multiple posts or pages, without requiring additional credits.
For translating global SEO settings like the homepage meta title and description, you need to do this manually through WPML >> String Translation. We recommend following the steps outlined in our guides:
Please try these steps and let us know if you need further assistance.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
