Problem:
I am trying to translate theme option strings that I found in the admin texts, but the translations do not display.

Solution:
I think the problem with the customize strings is that they were previously registered. So, I went to WPML -> String Translation and deleted the admin texts for parter description and parter title. I then went to WPML -> Theme and plugin localization and rescanned the theme for strings. As you can see from my screenshot, you can now see the correct strings to translate.

Please note that the strings are registered as English strings, but in the customize section, you did not enter English content. So, select the checkboxes next to the strings in WPML -> String Translation and click "Change language of selected strings" to set the correct language. Then, add the translations, check as complete and click Save.
