Problem: You are using WPML to translate your site and encountered an issue where the batch failed, all jobs were rolled back, but you were still charged for pay as you go. This error has occurred multiple times. Solution: We have confirmed that you were not double-charged for your translations. The Advanced Translation Editor has a memory feature, so if any translations were rolled back and sent to translation again, the memory was applied, and no extra charge was applied. You can view the usage reports by navigating to WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools -> Automatic translation usage reports (tab) in the admin of your site.
