Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with WPML where the links from a page to a product and the 'more information' backlink URL are not working in the WPML-translated languages (DE, NL, ES). The problem is that the translated product pages are not accessible to non-admin users.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the translated product pages are in Draft mode. If they are, you need to edit the product in the default language, switch to the translated language, and then publish the translation. This action should make the translated product pages accessible to all users.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it's outdated, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
