Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have installed newly WPML on my site ksa.revent.store but when i try to change to language Getting redirection error.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Welcome to the WPML support forum. We will do our best to help you to resolve the issue.

Please try the following steps after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue exists or not.

1) Upgrade to the latest version of WordPress(6.3.1)
2) Make sure the Homepage is translated into Arabic(It should show a pencil icon)
3) Visit Settings>>Permalinks
4) Resave the settings
5) Clear all types of caches

Hello,

Thank you for the login information. This looks like a compatibility issue. So please upgrade to the latest version of Elementor and WooCommerce plugins after a full site backup{mandatory}. Then make sure the issue exists or not.

Do you have a staging site(clone copy of the live site)? Because it will help us to troubleshoot the issue without affecting your live site.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Just to make sure, hidden link is your staging site? Because we will be doing the following steps to track this.

a) Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like 2022
b) Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML
c) Then check whether the issue exists or not
d) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of three or four to find which one has an interaction issue
e) Switch back to the original theme of the site

I am getting the expected results in your staging site and our local copy after the following steps. It looks like the issue is happening because of a wrong condition. Please check it and let us know your feedback. Refer to the attached image for more details.

1) Upgrade to the latest version of plugins
2) Visit Rank Math SEO>>Redirctions
3) Disable the redirection condition
4) Visit Settings>>Permalinks
5) Save the settings
