Hello. I have a small issue with the auto translator with pay-as-you-go. The newly added products with WooCommerce and some updated products don't get directly automatically translated. Or are translated after a (unknown) period of time. How can I change this, so the products are directly and immediately translated? |

Hello again, For the "wpml will finish in-progress translations but won't translate anything new" message. It is just a description of that button, when you click on pause, it will pause finish all in-progress translations and won't translate further. I can see how it could confuse you in your case, but it was just a description. Looking forward to your response, |

Hello Ilyes, Aah, thank you for clearing that out. Unfortunately the problem is still there. The products aren't auto translated when the translation must be updated (circulair icon with two arrows and an "!"). See: hidden link . I don't know if newly products are translated. But I don't find any of them in the translator list. I hope you can check it again and help me to fix the auto translator. |

Hello, Thank you for the follow-up, Could you please confirm that you are indeed using the “Translate Everything” mode under your WPML > Settings panel? Also, the translation time depends on how our servers handled your products' translation, they get translated and then sent back to your site. In this case it's impossible to “predict” its time because it all depends on so many factors like how busy our servers are, how aggressive is the site's firewall and multiple other factors. If there are many products to be translated to multiple languages, then it could be normal that it takes a while to retrieve everything, but of course we're talking about a few mins at most. When the server is mostly busy and a job gets stuck, it could take up to 3h to handle it, but that's more of an exception. Could you confirm the estimate time it usually take for your products to get translated? Looking forward to your reply, |

Hello, Sorry for the late reply. I was away for a few days. Yes, the translate everthing is active. See: hidden link . I'll check the time. But for now the product "Industriële piano draaikrukken, leren krukken cognac" from the previous snipboard screenshot is still in the list labeled "translation needs update". And many days have already passed. |

Hello, Thank you for your patience, If that is the only stuck page in that status, I suggest we do the following : 1- Create a new simple testing product If yes : 3- Try duplicating the "Industriële piano draaikrukken, leren krukken cognac" product and see if the copy is translated or not (stuck or not) -> This way we can conclude if the issue is solely related to that exact product (maybe a problem with a specific element), is it a generalized issue or is it just a temporary bug. Hello, I think it's not only that product. Because there are a lot more products with this blue circular icon. See: hidden link . I can select them all and select the option 'Translate automatically'. But it would be nice if the auto translator does this by itself. |

Hello, I was able to log in, WPML is detecting these products as “needs updates” as if they were edited. I wasn't able to see all WPML panels, I'm trying to get the Advanced Translation Editor debug log You should be able to get it from WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor > Debug Log and check the first few entries (check if the date is the same as the day you're testing in) : hidden link Then, please send me a screenshot or a copy past of the first few entries, so I can try to find any clues on what's happening.
