Background of the issue:
I am continuing to work with support person Andreas W. I am unable to respond on the message thread. Andreas mentioned he could no longer log in to our website, and I have sent him a password reset link. We are under pressure to launch an appeal delayed due to translation/function issues.

Symptoms:
Andreas W. is unable to log in to our website.

Questions:
Why can't Andreas W. log in to our website?
How can we resolve the translation/function issues causing the delay?

I have sent him a reset password link
