Hi There!
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance or potential solutions.

I understand the issue. Could you please clarify if the problem of the H2 tag reverting to a paragraph occurs only in the default language or also in the translation?

If it happens in the default language, try temporarily deactivating the WPML plugin and checking again. If the issue persists, it might be caused by another plugin on your site. To identify the conflicting plugin, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, then add the H2 tag again.

If the issue is resolved, start reactivating the plugins one by one. After activating each plugin, test again by adding the H2 tag and saving the changes. This process will help you pinpoint which plugin is causing the H2 tag to revert after being added and saved.

However, if deactivating WPML resolves the issue, it’s likely related to certain settings within WPML. Please navigate to WPML > Settings, and under the Page Builder Options, try toggling the setting for Send to translation the content of raw HTML cells. Enable or disable this option and check if the issue with the H2 tag reappears after saving.

Please try and let us know how it goes. We'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
