Background of the issue:
I am experiencing ongoing issues with credits being lost on my site hidden link. The site seems to think I changed the HostName to an IP address. I have updated the wp-config file with all required information and memory parameters, and I have checked DNS and CNAME settings multiple times. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. When I remove and re-add the site, I often lose credits and have to request support to manually add them back to my account. The site mentioned is the only site I have, with no test or dev environments. Here are the parameters I have set: define('WP_HOME','hidden link'); define('WP_SITEURL','hidden link'); define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); define ('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Symptoms:
Credits are lost when the site incorrectly identifies a change from DNS domain to IP address.
Questions:
Why does the site think the HostName has changed to an IP address?
How can I prevent losing credits when removing and re-adding the site?
No I didn't move it
The problem is random
The error is coming back after days or months
The IP address domain etc did not change
I see the credit back
Still digging into all configuration to find out why it keeps coming back
with thinking I changed the site from domain to Ip addresses
Most of the case it comes back with the same error that I changed from up to domain name
I have tried to disable all plugin updates and removed disabled almost all without been able to find any difference
