We have multiple forms created in Gravity Forms, all in the default English language - hidden link clicking the “send to translation” option, the WPML translations management is shown filtered by “Gravity Form” type but no forms are shown on that screen so that we are able to use auto-translate for the forms.
Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
I've reviewed the entire conversation you had with my colleague Mateus and have a good understanding of the issue. Typically, this problem occurs if the Form was created before the "Gravity Form Multilingual" plugin was installed. However, in this specific case, the issue seems to be different.
I attempted several fixes that have resolved similar issues in the past, such as creating a new menu and setting the language information, but none of these solutions worked. This leads me to suspect that the issue might be due to a conflict between plugins.
Could you please conduct a plugin conflict test? Here’s how to proceed:
- Deactivate all plugins on your site except for WPML, Gravity Form, String Translation, and Gravity Form Multilingual plugin.
- Duplicate any of the Form
- After duplicating, go to `WPML > Translation Management` and check if the Forms are showing there or not.
- If the issue is resolved, begin reactivating the other plugins one by one. After each activation, continue to check the Translation management section. In this way, you'll be able to pinpoint what exactly causing the issue.
Please make sure to take a backup prior to conducting the test.
Please let me know how it goes. I will be more than happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
