This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the string to translate hover text "from 72 units" in the WPClever Badge Management plugin.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the string has been recognized but not yet associated with the String Translation panel. To do this, navigate to WPML>>String Translation and click on the Translate texts in admin screens » link at the bottom of the page. Search for the missing strings on the Admin Texts Translation screen. If found, add it for translation and then translate it. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation: Finding strings that don’t appear on the String Translation page.

WPClever Badge Management (free) there are EQP* badges that display hover text "from 72 units".

I can't find the string to translate this text.

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

In some cases, those strings may have been recognized but not associated yet with the String Translation panel for the translation. Please visit WPML>>String Translation and click on the *Translate texts in admin screens »* link at the bottom of the page.

Then search for the missing strings in the *Admin Texts Translation* screen and check whether it is listed or not. If so, please add it for translation and translate it.

Refer to this doc for more details - https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#strings-arent-selected-for-translation
