Background of the issue:
I’m managing multiple sites under my WPML Multilingual Agency license. For one of the sites, I’ve manually assigned a specific number of prepaid credits. However, I’ve noticed that the number of "credits assigned" does not always match the number of "prepaid credits left" on the site, which makes it a bit unclear how credits are counted and tracked. I'm also trying to better understand how to monitor translation usage and reallocate resources more efficiently between sites.

Symptoms:
I am unsure about how credits are distributed across multiple sites.

Questions:
Hi,

I have a few questions regarding credit usage for a site added to my WPML Multilingual Agency account:

How can I see how many words have been translated on a specific site?
Where can I view how many credits have been used after automatic translations are completed?
Is it possible to adjust the number of assigned credits for a site? For example, if I initially assigned too many, can I lower the limit or reallocate the unused credits to another site?
Thanks in advance!

Best regards, Johan

Hi there, Johan.

You should be able to find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

This will show you how many words and credits were used for each translation job for each specific month that you select for the current site you are on.

Also, you can assign or remove as many credits as you'd like:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Or you can share credits between sites:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
