Background of the issue:
We have the WPML plugin installed on our website hidden link and have identified an issue: when the plugin is active, we are unable to access the WordPress backoffice. The only way to restore access to the backoffice is by deactivating the plugin directly through cPanel using the file manager.

Symptoms:
Unable to access the WordPress backoffice when the WPML plugin is active.

Questions:
