Background of the issue:
I am using WPML on my website hidden link. I have enabled automatic translation to translate my pages.

Symptoms:
I have been charged for translations that haven't been completed. For example, the page at hidden link hasn't been translated and remains in English.

Questions:
Why was I charged for translations that haven't been completed?
Why are some pages not being translated automatically despite having the feature turned on?

Our team added some credits to test further and were able to reproduce the issue. We are still trying to confirm why this is happening and I will update as soon as I have more information.

Hi,

Well, I'm not too fussed about the reason why. I've manually translated the website now by clicking on each line in the Advanced Editor. It's a live website, I can't be waiting days or weeks for an answer.

What I'm most interested in, is that now you have found out that I was charged for something I didn't receive, that I would like a refund please.

Yes, we can refund you. I still want our team to try and find out why/how this happened so that it doesn't continue in the future. Once they have finished testing, we will refund credits into your account.

Hi. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Really, I don't care about the reason it happened. I've finished this website, it's now live. We're moved onto other projects.

Please just refund the credits I used twice, and we can close this ticket.
