Our team added some credits to test further and were able to reproduce the issue. We are still trying to confirm why this is happening and I will update as soon as I have more information. |

Hi, Well, I'm not too fussed about the reason why. I've manually translated the website now by clicking on each line in the Advanced Editor. It's a live website, I can't be waiting days or weeks for an answer. What I'm most interested in, is that now you have found out that I was charged for something I didn't receive, that I would like a refund please. |

Yes, we can refund you. I still want our team to try and find out why/how this happened so that it doesn't continue in the future. Once they have finished testing, we will refund credits into your account. |

Hi. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Really, I don't care about the reason it happened. I've finished this website, it's now live. We're moved onto other projects. Please just refund the credits I used twice, and we can close this ticket. Thanks. |
