Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the global headers and footers on my website. Everything was translated except the header strings, even though I translated the strings of the header accordingly. Symptoms:
The header and footer do not translate at all. I expected to see all of it translated, but instead, I got missing translation.
Questions:
Why are the header strings not translating even after translating them accordingly?
Why is only part of the footer menu translated and not all of it?
