Dimitris

Hello.
I have an eshop that is using WPML and in which the product attribute filters are showing fine in both languages except the filter of one specific attribute. I tried deleting the attribute and then recreating it and re-adding it to the products but the problem persists.
You can see the missing filter in the attached screenshots. It shows up in Greek but not in English. The corresponding URLs are at

and

What might be causing this and how do I fix it?
Thank you

PS: I noticed that when I unclick the checkbox in the last screenshot I sent you (named but.jpg file) the english version does show up. I suppose this might help you figure out what the problem is. Can I safely uncheck this? What may it affect?

Hello there

Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you.

First, if all I am happy to find a solution to your issue.

This is a new feature from WooCommerce which they added recently. It is creating a new table in your database and keeps the information of attributes there. They added because there were situations and combinations that the attributes filters that didn't return the correct results.

It is not bad that you were disabled it if everything is working as expected.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes or if you need any further assistance. I'll gladly help you. 🙂

Regards,
Andreas
