Problem with anchor links

raitschinR-2	Background of the issue: I am using the Salient WordPress theme for my landing page website, hidden link. I have set up anchor links for each row on the page, which work correctly in the Bulgarian version of the site. When clicking from the side menu or side dots, the URL changes to include the anchor (e.g., hidden link). Symptoms: In the Romanian version of the site, the URL does not change when I click on anchor links from the side menu. It remains as hidden link and does not include the row ID. Questions: Why doesn't the URL structure change in the Romanian version when using anchor links? How can I ensure the anchor links work correctly in the Romanian version of my site?
