Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where the product details page doesn't load in Arabic and instead shows an error message 'This page isn’t working. qasrelteb.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS', it might be due to incorrect settings in WooCommerce.
Solution:
We recommend checking the product slug settings in WooCommerce. Go to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Store URLs and ensure that the product slug is correctly configured. This adjustment has resolved similar issues in the past.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to load the product details page in Arabic after changing the default language to English and then back to Arabic. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The product details page doesn't load in Arabic. Instead, I get an error message: 'This page isn’t working. qasrelteb.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS'.

Questions:
Why does the product details page not load in Arabic?

Does the same issue occur if you temporarily disable WPML? Will deactivating resolve the problem?

Thank you for the updates. Check if the product slug in WPML --> WPML String Translation is correctly translated. You might try to remove it from WPML String Translation and retranslate it.

Could you please check the staging? I have corrected the product slug in WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Store URLs, and it seems to be working.
