Problem:
You are trying to display products in a second language on your website using WPML, but the products do not show up in the second language even though they are translated.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the translated products have timed prices set. If not, you should edit the translated products to add the timed prices and then update them. After making these changes, please verify if the products appear correctly in the second language.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to display products on my website hidden link using WPML. The products show up normally in English.

Symptoms:
Products do not show on the second language, although they are translated

Please go to Products-> All Products, switch the language to English, and make sure that the translated products are published, not drafts.

Hello thank you for your reply, but unfortunately your suggested solution does not apply in my case. Products, as mentioned on the initial message are already translated and published. Please let me know how to solve this. I can provide you with access to have a look.

Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Thanks for the access details. I checked your products and found that the translated products don't have the timed prices. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

Please edit the translated products, add the time prices, and update them. After that, please check if they appear correctly.
