[Resolved] Return WPML credits to the account

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

I already finished to translate a site and i have 60.000 credits left. I need those credits for use them to another site but I cannot return them to WPML Account.
I followed the steps WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools -> Return credits to wpml.org
The trouble is that the last step doesn't appear for that site.

I have another site using credits and in this one it does appear, so I don't know what could be the trouble.

there you go, I have removed credits from mentioned website and added them to your WPML.org account.
