I've checked your site and understood the issue. It's possible that the Russian texts were somehow set as the source language, which is why they are now appearing on the English homepage.
Could you Please go to "WPML > String Translation" and search for the Russian texts that are appearing on the English homepage? If they appear in the results, check the Source language of those texts. If it's set to English, please refer to the documentation below to change the source language of those texts to Russian, and then add the English translation for those Russian texts.
Let me know if that helps. But, if the source language is defined correctly, then a closer inspection will require to determine the root cause. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.
It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
