This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has translated their website from German to English, but the English pages are not appearing live, even though they are visible in the WordPress backend.
Solution:
We suggested that the client might be viewing a cached version of their site. We confirmed that the English translated pages are accessible and provided an example of an English page that is live. We recommended the client to check their site again and inform us if the issue persists.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

I have translated the new website from German to English, however, the pages in English are not live. They appear in the WordPress back end, but are not live.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi there.

Maybe you are seeing a cached version of your site?

Because I can access this page for example, which is an EN translated version:
hidden link

Please let me know.
