I checked your website, but got a different result than what you've shared. In EN, instead of not seeing the header, I see it in German. Check the image attached.
Can you please confirm if this is the issue you're having right now?
If so, please make sure to have a full website backup and proceed as follows:
1. Make a small change to the header template and save;
2. Update (re-save) the template's translation;
3. Make a small change to the home-page and save;
4. Update (re-save) the home-page translation;
Make sure to empty all website's caches, in-between each step. Let me know how it goes.

Andreas reported he updated all available plugins. It solved the issue of Elementor not loading, but the template still shows untranslated. I've been making some tests on your website for quite a few time, but still wasn't able to get to a culprit.
I will take a copy of it and take it to your 2nd tier support. The only thing left, is to understand how I can recreate this issue from 0. It's not clear to me how the template was inserted in the home page. Please clarify how I can reproduce this issue from scratch.
