Enabling "Email notifications about ALL answers" doesn't do a trick (I've change it back). However, I can still see another ticket 'The website is under heavy load queue full (again)' even though it also has "No email notifications" enabled.
Our system team has closed the internal ticket regarding this issue, as they didn't receive a similar report about it. However, if it still bothers you and you need help with it, please let us know.
