Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd tier support team has found a workaround for this issue. Please check the following steps:

1- Edit the (wp-content\plugins\give\includes\database\class-give-db-meta.php) file
2- Replace the following snippet: Line 151

		if ( $this->raw_result ) {
			if ( ! ( $value = get_metadata( $this->meta_type, $id, $meta_key, false ) ) ) {
				$value = '';
			}

With

		if ( $this->raw_result ) {
			if ( ! ( $value = get_metadata( $this->meta_type, $id, $meta_key, false ) ) ) {
				$value = array();
			}

After that, please update the form in the default language and check the issue.

This is a warning, not an error; I think it's unrelated to the translation process. However, in order to hide it, please add the following code to your wp-config file.

// Disable display of errors and warnings, which is recommended on a live site.
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
@ini_set('display_errors',0);
