Hi there, Please get back to us with the replication of the empty card issue (for recurrent events) in the clean installation I gave and I will report this to the compatibility team. Thank you. |

Hi there, I deactivated WPML and WPML addons. Now only MEC and Woocommerce are enabled. Would you please install whatever plugin is needed now and see if it works? Thanks. |

Hi Neha, Please go to MEC website and download the plugin manually from there and install it on the clean installation. It seems that the server can not contact the MEC servers. Thank you. |

Hi there, You do not need to activate the plugin, as you can see in the screenshot I enabled booking. I will be happy to check the staging website, but if I fail to identify the issue and if it is a core compatibility issue, we will go back to the first step which is you having to replicate the issue on a clean installation. the installation is valid for one week and I do suggest that you go over and replicate the issue there. For the staging website check, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website. Make sure you set the next reply as private. |

Hi there, I myself managed to replicate the issue on the clean installation. I reported this to the compatibility team. Will get back to you as soon as I have news. Thanks |

Hi there, We published an errata for the issue with the workaround: https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-integration-for-mec-events-not-showing-in-translated-cart/ A permanent solution needs to be developed by the author of the plugin but it might take time or not available, so I suggest that you keep with the method mentioned int he workaround. Thanks. |
