Problem:
You are experiencing issues with outdated translations on your website's Spanish and Russian pages, where old versions of content appear instead of the updated English version. This includes missing video testimonials and links, as well as outdated text boxes.
Solution:
First, ensure that all translations are fully completed. In your WordPress admin, navigate to the specific post or page, and check the translation status. If the translation is incomplete, you will see a Gear icon indicating that updates are needed. Complete these translations to ensure all content is up-to-date. Additionally, after updating the WPML plugin, it's crucial to verify that all translations have been properly applied. If you're still seeing discrepancies after completing these steps, it might be due to caching or other configuration issues.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to make sure all of our translations are up-to-date, but I see remnants of older versions of the website and some newer content isn't visible in the Spanish and Russian pages. This is happening on multiple pages throughout the site. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
Translated versions of the site are showing strange old versions of the English version. In the Spanish version, the video testimonial embed and the link to the Septic Reimbursement Program disappeared. In the Russian version, the video testimonial embed disappeared and an old text box about old program requirements is present.

Questions:
Why are the translated pages showing old versions of the content?
How can I ensure that all translations are up-to-date and consistent with the English version?

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

This does look correct, thank you! When you say we haven't completed the translation, do you mean that there are untranslated strings, or is there another location to check the status of translations? I'm not seeing the attached screenshot so I'd love some clarification! Thanks so much!

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the missing screenshot. Here you go. If you refer to the translation status on the sidebar, the pencil icon shows that the translation is complete. Could you check the other one?
