Background of the issue:
I am trying to use my translation credits for the site hidden link with WPML. I started the translation service as I usually do, but there was a staging site where I did not want to use the translation service.

Symptoms:
I am not able to use my credits for translation even though they have been added to my account for this site.

Questions:
Why can't I use my translation credits for the site hidden link?

Hi there,

If possible, please provide me with some additioonal information so I can better understand.

You have translation credits that you are attempting to use, what is the site's URL where you are not able to use the credits?

When I review the URL you shared above I can see that there are 2 organizations. (an organization is what holds your automatic translation information such as credits.)

One of them has no credits available and the other has 33,872.

Would you like me to connect them? This will resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Dear Bobby,

Many thanks for your reply.

techxpo.hu is the URL what needs those 33,872 credit.

What is strange to have 2 organisations attached as it was always 1 organisation.

On techxpo.hu URL I am not able to switch on automatic translation only the pay-as-you-go modell. Eventhough when I login in here to WPML account I see that techxpo.hu domain has those credits.

I would be delighted to assitance to reconnect the site.

Many thanks,
levente

I assume you meant hidden link (looks like the p was missing from the URL)

The credits should be available now, please let me know your results.

Hi Bobby,

Many thanks for that. It works like a charm. 🙂

For future reference would you please share with me what was the problem? I would be happy to solve it by myself next time.

Many thanks again,
levente

Hi Levente,

Glad to hear it's working now!

The change was done internally so it's not a step that could have been done from the client side, what I did was connect the 2 organizations together in our system.

In order to avoid this issue in the future I'd recommend review this documentation when moving between staging and live environments or migrating the site.
