Hi,

We have done some translations, which seem to be fine. They are translated and in het overview it seems they have a translation.

However if we try to reach the translation through Elementor, it does not show it. Also, the URL of the translated page is not accessible, while it is published.

For example: en.bconnect.chat/facebook-messenger

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support, I will be glad to help you.

1) Please go to Pages > All Pages, and make sure that the page translation is complete (Shows a pencil icon).

2) Make sure that you have a full database and website backup then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the following:

- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

Then check if you can access/edit the translated page.

Let me know please if that helps.

Regards,
Mohamed
