Please check this page and apply the mentioned workaround. (https://wpml.org/errata/fatal-error-uncaught-invalidargumentexception-item-should-be-a-collection-or-an-array-or-an-object-when-visiting-wpml-settings/) If the above workaround didn't help, please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps. 1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS and String Translation. 2- Switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one. If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one is causing an interaction issue. ❌ Please backup your database before performing the above test ❌ Best regards, Osama

innovativeb	The above steps did not fix our issue. The error is not connected to any plugin, since after deactivating them all the translations still didn't work. However we located and "fixed" what you can see highlighted/marked in the screenshot below - the if statement - and now the translations work again. (sitepress-multilingual cms/vendor/wpml/fp/core/Obj.php) Is this a reported bug? Is it going to be fixed in the next update? Or could be something else that our installation cretaes? Is there another workaround for this?

I don't think it's a known issue, so I would need to look closely at your site. For that, I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated. Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and Theme and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. Best regards, Osama

I ran the troubleshooting functions in WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting. (Kindly check this hidden link) Please let me know the steps to reproduce the error.
