This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where they receive an error message 'Unable to load jobs' when trying to load waiting translations. This occurred after canceling a translation job and restoring a database backup. Solution: We resolved the issue by disabling the LiteSpeed cache for WordPress REST requests.
I'm trying to load waiting translations, and I get the error "Unable to load jobs".
I had some problems with the thema and some translations, and I cancelled one job. Then, I had to restore a backup of the DB.
Could you please help ?
Welcome to WPML support. I'd be happy to help you with this.
Sure, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.
So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. hidden link
We have not changed, modified or updated any plugins. The theme is unchanged. And everything was working properly just before. This error only appeared after editing a page in the main language, when a translation was already in progress. The problem is solely related to the use of WPML.
wp_debug is disabled.
