When I add a product to the cart, it sends me to a 404 page. That happens in every language version but English. When I am logged in as admin, it doesn't do it, but when I use an incognito tab, it happens. For example this link: hidden link

1) First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?
1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS, String Translation, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual.
2- Switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one is causing an interaction issue.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
