Background of the issue:
My translator tries to import Xliff files for German, that has been exported and translated in external software, but only a few sentences per page are imported
After that, please follow steps below to re-translate the page and see if it helps:
1. Edit the page in the Dutch original language > Make a small change to the page title/content > Save.
2. Send the page to translation and export the new XLIFF file.
3. Translate the new XLIFF file and import it to your site.
Regarding the German language on the Translation Management board, do you filter the content by the German language? Please check the attached screenshot.
You should filter content by the original language (Dutch) and translate it to other second languages.
