[Resolved] WPML created a redirect to a wrong url, how can I delete the redirect?
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported an issue with unexpected redirects marked by 'x-redirect-by: WPML' when moving their site to production. The same problem was observed on the development environment. Solution: After gaining access to the website, we resolved the issue by clearing the website's cache. We advised the client to clear the cache on the production site as well to see if it resolves the issue.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin (staging site) to investigate this issue and understand it better. Please create an administrator user using any email you prefer.
Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
* Note: I might need to enable/disable plugins, switch themes, and access your website database.
Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details.
Thank you, I was able to access the website and the issue seems to be fixed on the staging site by just clearing the cache of the website (check the attached image).
Let me know if you have further questions or need further assistance.
