Automatic string translation stucks - WPML

ericH-23	Background of the issue: I am working on a site under development and trying to add several strings to the automatic strings translation in WPML. Symptoms: The automatic string translation is stuck, showing only the cog symbol. I deleted the automatic translation jobs in troubleshooting, but they are not deleted. Questions: What can I do to ensure the automatic string translation works reliably? How can I delete the automatic translation jobs successfully?

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, please go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and click "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs", to cancel and delete currently automatic jobs. Then please try sending again a smaller batch with a few strings and see if it still runs into the same error. Please let us know and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.
