You are not giving me much information so I am not sure how to help you.

1) Are you waiting many hours and the status is the same ?

2) Do you have pay as you go or you might run our of credits ?

3) Can you please make a minor update to the product and see if this can solve your issue

4) In WPML > Support > ATE Logs are there any recent logs that indicate a problem?
