Thank you for the feedback, before we log in I'd like you to share with me the following:
-- Is this a new installation of WPML on this site?
-- Did WPML possibly exist on this site previously? Are there existing translations?
-- Are you using a custom theme, or using any custom code within the theme that would interfere with WPML ?
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)
**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.
NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
I deactivated WPML and could right away see the broken CSS issue.
Please try the following and let me know your results:
- Update Elementor & Elementor PRO to their latest versions
The latest versions had major updates on a fix affecting styling and the way it loads in the front end, there is a high chance this could resolve this issue.
Also, I highly recommend updating the rest of the plugins as well, especially WooCommerce.
Let me know your results, please.
NOTE: I'd be happy to do this, however, I would not run updates to plugins without your consent first 🙂
The code added is only meant to be added once and then removed.
I have ran it again for you and it works OK now that it's removed.
WPML was missing the languages from WPML->Languages which was possibly causing this behavior.
As there was no translation work done so far I went to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting and reset WPML then made sure to set the German language as default as most of the pages are in German from what I can see and English as secondary.
You can edit this in WPML->Languages.
At the moment it's working OK and the CSS looks OK.
Let me know your results, please.
