This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to unregister WPML from their website due to an expired license. Despite manually deleting plugin files and cleaning the database, the OTGS Installer still recognizes the site as registered, preventing any new registrations or unregistrations.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML → Support and click on the Troubleshooting link.
2. On the Troubleshooting page, in the Reset section, check the 'I am about to reset all translation and language data' box. Then, click the 'Reset and deactivate WPML' button. For more details, visit Deleting Languages and Plugin Data by Doing a WPML Reset.
3. After resetting, you can delete the key registration in your wpml.org account.
Please ensure to back up your database before making these changes.
If the issue persists, consider uploading relevant screenshots for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to unregister WPML from my website, hidden link, because the WPML license is expired. I attempted to click 'Unregister WPML from this site' via the OTGS Installer, but nothing happens. I have already deleted the plugin files and manually removed WPML-related tables from the database, as well as certain wp_options rows.

Symptoms:
Despite cleaning up the database and wp_options, the OTGS Installer still shows the site as registered and does not allow me to register or unregister it again.

Questions:
How can I fully reset or unlink this domain from your system to resolve the license binding issue?
How can I re-register or install WPML again cleanly?
