This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Can’t find the strings you’re looking to translate field doesn't appear on WPML >> String Translation page when we try to search the string.

Solution:
Enabling REST API solved the issue, we may check it from WPML >> Support page.

Staging/test site login details are not working anymore here. Could you please provide me working login details so that we can debug this issue further on your site.

Thanks for the login details. I logged in to your site and went to WPML >> Support page and it seems the Rest API is enabled now, then I went to WPML >> String Translation page and tried to search some strings, and it shows the “Can't find the strings you're looking to translate?” section properly as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.
