In short:
- Go to "WPML > Support > Debug Information" (link)
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the private field I activated and paste that information.

While waiting for that information here are few points that you can start checking on your side:
1. Go to "Settings > Permalinks" and resave your permalinks
2. In "WPML > Settings > Translated documents options > Page URL", can you tell me which option did you choose?
3. What do you mean by "manually change the permalink"? Can you explain me your translation workflow?
Please note that when you duplicate a page, you shouldn't use our editor but the native WordPress editor.
4. As you can see here: hidden link there is a infinite loop between hidden link and hidden link
5. If you use a Redirection plugin or an SEO plugin with a redirection functionality, please make sure that those plugins didn't create an automatic redirect that causes this infinite loop.
