This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where purchased translation credits are not appearing in the WPML panel on their WordPress site, despite having assigned them correctly.
Solution:
We suspect that the credits might be stuck due to a change in the automatic translation account ID, which can happen if WPML is uninstalled/reset or if WordPress is reinstalled. Here are the steps to resolve this:
1. Check if the 200k credits appear on your WPML account page.
2. If visible, use the "add/remove credits" button to move the credits back to your WPML.org account.
3. Visit this page to remove the current site key and generate a new one.
4. In your website's backend, go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial, unregister WPML from the old key, and re-register it with the new key.
5. Re-add the credits to your site by following the steps outlined in this guide.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
