Hi Ilyes,
Glad to meet you again.

I'm using Porto wordpress theme.
I have some templates (created with Porto template builder) displayed in some woocommerce products. And this is ok.
However all the other products are showing the content of this template (hidden link), which should not happen.

Examples
This woocommerce product url - hidden link, is displaying the content of that template hidden link. And this is an issue.

The same is happening with a lot of wocommerce produts. Examples:

hidden link
...and too many others...

I appreciate you can help me to solve this mysterious issue

The website is still in production and I must gave you the credentials to access the wordpress cpanel.

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

While checking your debug information, I noticed that your “WP Memory Limit” PHP limit is below the required 128MB or recommended 256MB as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase this PHP value for you?

I've checked this page hidden link and I'm not seeing this product hidden link on the contents section.

Could you share some screenshots from your end?

Same goes to hidden link and hidden link . I need a screenshot of the issue.

Thanks for your fast reply.

That's the issue and not only for those two products.
We can see the url of the product, but it shows the CRS-F template builder content.

As you can see at Porto templates builder, in Portuguese and English languages it has 36 templates created and related with 36 products. And this is correct, but only for those 36 products.

For all other products as they are not linked with any template should display the original woocommerce product content.

That situation just happened after I did the translations.

Things with you are not going the way I would like. And it is already the second support that I have the opportunity to meet you.
If you can't help me, please forward this ticket to another supporter.
I can't watch the days go by and see that everything remains the same.

Of course I checked the 'set condition' for this product, as well as for all others, whether in Portuguese or English.
However, I notice that now a red alert appears next to the 'set condition', situation that did not appear before.
Did you change some settings?
I'm going to do a reset to the 26th, the day before I opened this ticket, hoping the alert will go away.

I've checked the products here hidden link and it's not displaying the contents from this template hidden link anymore.

Have you reset the site to 26th April?
